Honors Accounting I is designed for the student who is considering a career in accounting, employment in the business world, or entrepreneurship. It is also necessary to prepare college-bound students in related fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, International Business and/or Advertising to name just a few opportunities following the study of accounting. An intensified study of accounting principles and concepts is presented using manual procedures and computer applications. The accounting cycle for a proprietorship and corporation are studied.
