The students will complete chapters 6 through 12 in the textbook. In Spanish III, the students will learn to: talk about what they used to do, describe a past even, ask for and give directions, ask for help in a store, talk about how clothes fit, bargain in a market, set the scene for a story, continue and end a story, describe environmental problems, talk about consequences and solutions.

The Spanish IV course introduces students to new grammar and vocabulary as well as the many practices and products of the Hispanic culture.  At the completion of the course, students should be able to communicate at the Intermediate-Mid Profiency level (according to the ACTFL rating scale).
